  • Help! The video isn't playing!

    We have done our best to plan ahead for any technical issues you may experience and have created multiple ways for you to access your video content.

    USB FLASH DRIVE

    • Your finalized video content is stored on the USB Flash Drive. You can plug it directly into your computer to view and download your assets.
    • Most modern smart TV’s also have a USB input. Check your SOURCES on your TV and you should see a USB option as a source.  
    • We have also provided a text document with a link to your video content.

    QR CODE

    • Use your smartphone’s camera and point directly at the QR code housed in your USB folio.  Click on the link that appears on the phone screen.  This provides you with direct access to your custom webpage. You can mirror your phone screen and share it to most modern Smart TV’s.

    E-MAIL

    • Check your e-mail for the direct website link. In the instructions you will receive when the project has completed, we recommend you bookmark your page for future access.

  • How do I share this video with family and friends?

    Your custom webpage can be sent a few ways.  You can copy the link from the web browser and send.  You can also look at the Important Links at the bottom of your custom webpage and copy the URL from there.  Also, check your e-mail for the final e-mail with the link as that is also shareable.  Keep in mind that the link is meant for family and friends, not for social media sharing.  If that is something you would like to do, contact Tony@RandomActsofMemories.com for a link you can share more broadly.

  • How do I add this video to my YouTube channel?

  • How do I get a replacement USB thumbdrive?

    If you would like another USB Folio Flash drive, contact Tony@RandomActsofMemories.com.  There will be a $150 charge per USB Folio and it may take anywhere from 6-8 weeks since all USB Folios are custom created.
